Tenders are invited for the design and construction of 5 residential 2-bedroom units at Lindisfarne.  Design for the units shall be undertaken in accordance with minimum universal design standards for social housing projects and shall achieve a 6 star energy rating. Construction is required to be completed by November 2010.
