Tenders are invited to provide support for an assessment of the function of Commissioning within the Department, incorporating provision of advice and guidance on specific gaps in the current environment, update the current Commissioning Framework based on advice provided and plan the implementation of the Framework; and provide specific technical subject matter expertise on the deployment of the Framework on an on-going basis.
