The scope of this tender is for the supply and delivery of three Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems including batteries and enclosure, for permanent installation in a roadside environment. Three UPS are required as part of a permanent backup for part of Tasmania's transport system.  They will be used in the event of mains power failure, which occurs on average once per year.
