The Department of State Growth (Department) is seeking to achieve a new, innovative and fit-for-purpose solution to its Graduated Licensing System (GLS) with the objective to support young and novice drivers and their supervisors through each stage of the GLS to obtain a Tasmanian driver’s licence, to help in developing safer drivers.  

The Department is seeking Proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers to undertake and deliver a suite of services, including: the development and delivery of an online GLS platform and tools, the development and implementation of an educational strategy, content and framework, and the delivery of a public education program.
