| Description | The Department is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitable operators with the capacity to supply and deliver any or all of the following range of services across its portfolio of Schools, Libraries, Adult Education Centres and Corporate offices:
- Fire Systems & Services;
- Energy Management;
- HVAC, Building Controls & Mechanical Services;
- Roofing Maintenance;
- Security Guards, Monitoring & System Maintenance;
- Building fabric & finishes including flooring, painting & electrical repairs;
- Routine Repairs & Maintenance;
- Lifts.
Respondents may nominate to provide services either Statewide or in one or more of the Departments geographic areas (North, North-West, South or South-East). |
