This RFI will enable assessment of the ability of the market to address deficiencies and improve its current recruitment and selection process. The deficiencies with the DHHS recruitment and selection process were identified during Phase 1 of the Human Resource Services (HRS) Review Project, which in broad terms recommended the introduction of a on-line recruiting solution. |
