Description

Conduct a full initial inspection, a subsequent periodic inspection & a range practice audit of all ranges operating in Tasmania within a three year period from commencement of the contract. The inspections are to ensure compliance with the DPEM Range Specification Requirements for the following types of ranges:

i. Simulated Field (Australian Sporting) Shooting Ranges;

ii. Air Rifle & Handgun Shooting Ranges;

iii. Handgun, Rim Fire Rifle & Single Action Shooting Ranges;

iv. Indoor Shooting Ranges;

v. Rifle Shooting Ranges;

vi. Shotgun Shooting Ranges; and

vii. Crossbow Ranges.

Conditions of ParticipationTo be authorised as a firearm range inspector, the successful tenderer is to possess appropriate qualifications and a demonstrated experience in conducting range inspections
