The following signs assist staff of licensed premises and their patrons to comply with relevant legislation and Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gaming principles.

Not all signs are mandatory, but all are intended to help make sure that patrons stay safe and enjoy themselves in licensed premises.

All signs are available free of charge from our offices in Hobart and Launceston. You can contact us to request that copies be sent to you. Include a contact name and a current postal address in your request.

For gaming staff (Special Employees)

Minors prohibited from entering a restricted gaming area

This notice advises patrons that it is an offence for young persons under the age of 18 to enter a gaming area (other than a lounge area where keno is played).

This notice must be displayed in a prominent position viewable from outside the gaming area.

This notice advises patrons that it is an offence for young persons under the age of 18 to participate in gaming activities.

This sign must be displayed in a prominent position viewable from outside the area where keno is played.
Sign - no credit
No Credit Betting

This notice reminds staff and patrons that it is an offence to extend credit to people where the money will be used for gaming.

This notice must be displayed at each keno terminal.
